Dining options include five themed restaurants with a total capacity of approximately 1,500 seats. For business travelers, the hotel provides an 800-square-meter Forest Ballroom and multiple meeting spaces. The hot spring facilities utilize active water from 3,000 meters underground, offering natural thermal therapy. Other amenities include a gym and a swimming pool. Regarding transportation, the hotel is located near the Lejia Road bus station and metro stations, and offers a free shuttle service. Guests also benefit from free Wi-Fi, complimentary parking, and the privilege of early entry to adjacent theme parks. With a design concept centered on "Grand Nature, Great Ecology, Large Populations, Grand Culture & Sports, and Great Tourism," this is the first parent-child themed hotel launched by the Qingyuan Chimelong Resort. The theme is inspired by the story of the "Giraffe Chief's Family" from Chimelong’s original animation, Kaka Tiger Adventure. As a cultural icon, the Giraffe IP "breaks the dimensional wall" by merging virtual animated characters with real-life animal interaction, creating a diverse and immersive experience for guests.
